Classically styled medium dark roast espresso from Atomic Coffee Roasters. A heavy bodied, richly spicy and cocoa toned espresso with only light citrus and dried fruit nuances. This is our main espresso blend for milk-based drinks in our Marblehead cafe. We recommend 18+ grams dose at 200-202 degrees Fahrenheit. Brew volumes are quite forgiving from an extreme ristretto style to traditional (or normale) shots.
