Returns & Exchanges

At GoCoffeeGo, we strive to ensure every roast meets your expectations; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-consumable merchandise.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Review Eligibility

    Ensure your item is a non-perishable product, such as brewing equipment or apparel, and is in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the item in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package to our designated return center; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus shipping costs.
