Grown by women members of the Triunfo Verde association in Chiapas, this coffee comes from farms nestled in the buffer zone of the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, a protected area rich in native flora and fauna. Cultivated organically under shade trees, the blend of Marsellesa, Peñasco, Oro Azteca, and Bourbon varieties is washed, fermented for 24 hours, and sun-dried before water decaffeination.
The result is a sweet, round cup with notes of caramel, lime, and panela — a beautifully balanced decaf that honors both quality and conservation.
