Seasonal Espresso
As we celebrate our 20th winter season, weāre looking back at some of our most memorable seasonal espressos.
Paint the Town.
For our 20th spring release, weāre honoring one of San Franciscoās most colorful landmarks. Our original Painted Ladies espresso in 2018 drew inspiration from Postcard Row. This year, we turn to the āFour Seasonsā homes, a striking quartet of Queen Anne houses tucked just beyond the bustle of Haight Ashbury.
Every hand carved detail of these homes is deliberate, balanced, and full of character. This espresso follows the same philosophy. Each component stands out on its own yet works in harmony, creating a blend that feels vibrant but never overwhelming another true San Francisco original.
The Blend
Rosarios Bajos, PerĆŗ
Grown in Piura within a private conservation area that protects endangered forests and wildlife, Rosarios Bajos comes from a community of farmers cultivating coffee and sugar cane. Coffees are processed and dried on the farm before traveling down the mountain for export. The cup is rich and sweet, with notes of dark brown sugar, pomegranate, and molasses.
Oscar Rivas, Huila, Colombia
Finca Monte Frio sits at 1,800 meters above sea level in northern Huila. Oscar Rivas grows Caturra and Castillo in ideal high-altitude conditions that slow cherry maturation and build depth of sweetness. The result is a structured, sweet, and balanced profile.
Ancuya Community, Colombia
Near the Galeras volcano, nutrient-dense soils and a mild climate produce coffees known for clarity and brightness. This community lot from Ancuya brings tropical fruit character layered with dark chocolate.
Three distinct origins. One harmonious expression. Crafted to brighten your day.
