Over the past decade of working together, we’ve watched his farm sharpen its focus and consistency year after year. Major investments including a full rebuild of his drying system have translated directly into cleaner, more expressive cups.

While his experimental lots generate plenty of buzz, his classic washed Catuaí remains the benchmark. It’s bright, structured, and confidently sweet, with notes of apricot, gingerbread, and brown sugar that deliver both clarity and comfort in the cup.
