Bold Blend

Bold is our darkest roast. It is a blend of Organic varieties that maintain rich, smooth, chocolate flavors at a dark roast level. Bold is roasted just shy of French Roast to a bold Vienna Roast. The Vienna Roast brings out bittersweet characteristics and draws out the sugars in the bean to a nice caramelized state to create a bold, hearty brew.
